For vacancies, please contact us with your child’s name, age and school attended specifying which days you require.

You are also welcome to come and visit with your child/children before they start.

Please just ask. 

Once your child/children have been booked in on certain days then these days become yours until you inform us you no longer need them ensuring continuity. Should you require alternative days then we can place you on the waiting list for the next availability. Please give us 28 days notice should you no longer need your place, giving us a little time to try to fill the place from our waiting list.

Payment is requested monthly in advance. You will receive your invoice on the 15th of the month for the next month's fees. The deadline for payment is the 8th of the following month, eg. invoice sent September 15th and payment due October 8th. There is a late payment fee of £25.

We can only accept payments by BACS, Tax-Free Childcare Vouchers or Childcare Grant Payment Service (CcGPS).
